Sky: Employee Engagement
What?
- Help Sky's employee engagement agency create an interactive installation to showcase deforestation.
- Real 6m x 6m rainforest and waterfall at Sky HQ that would be burn't down overnight.
- Create rainforest with plants to exactly replicate tropical environment and allow staff to engage with install.
- Half way through install CURB Team go in overnight and replace foliage with a number of burn't/charred/browned replacements
- Staff come in to work to find a deforested install with key message showcasing issue and Sky's support of WWF and the fight against deforestation
Results?
- Over 70% of Sky's corporate staff engaged with the install
- Install kept for an extra two weeks on site (prior to deforestation effect) due to phenomenal positive feedback.
