No matter how you cut it, diet is the key to losing weight. You can work out like crazy but if you’re not eating the right kind of food (with lean protein, good carbs, and healthy fats), your body will store it as fat instead of burning it for energy.
3) You are not exercising enough
You might not be getting the results you want because no matter how much or what types of food you eat, if you don’t burn it off your body is going to store it as fat and nothing will change. Be sure that you’re exercising regularly and trying different kinds of workouts to see what works the best for you.
4) You are taking the wrong supplements
Many products out there will claim that they can help you finally lose weight, but most of them are either ineffective or even worse, harmful for your health. In my experience, losing weight is extremely difficult without motivation from friends or family. They can provide support when times get tough and help push you forward towards your goals.
